Information we collect

If you send the inquiry form, we process the details you enter:

• Name
• Work email address
• Company, if you choose to provide it
• The kind of help you select
• The project description you write

The form does not ask you to create an account, subscribe to marketing, or upload files. Sending an inquiry is not treated as consent to a newsletter or other marketing.

To limit repeated automated submissions, the server keeps a short-lived count of form attempts from a network address. The stored record is a hash and timestamps, not the text of your inquiry. Those records are removed after the limit window, which is no longer than one hour.

Why we use it

We use the inquiry so NordFi can read it, decide whether there is a useful next conversation, and reply to you. We do not use the form to build a marketing list.

Legal basis

A lawful basis for this processing has not yet been confirmed for publication. This page does not state one. In particular, it does not treat the act of sending the form as consent for any wider use.

Who receives it

An accepted inquiry is emailed to hello@nordfi.com. People who handle that mailbox can read it. The message is delivered by the local mail service on the server that hosts this website. The website does not keep its own database of inquiries after the mail service accepts the message.

A complete list of hosting and email providers, and any other processors, has not been confirmed for this notice.

How long it is kept

No retention period has been set. After delivery, the message remains in the hello@nordfi.com mailbox until it is deleted. The website does not store a separate copy of the inquiry. Rate-limit records contain no message text and are kept only for the active limit window.

International transfers

An assessment of whether personal information is transferred outside the EU or EEA has not been completed. This page does not claim that all processing stays in the EU.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access personal information about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and ask for information you provided to be moved. You can email hello@nordfi.com to make a request. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you.

You can also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. If NordFi is established in Finland, the relevant authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu), tietosuoja.fi. That establishment has not been confirmed as a legal fact on this page.

Cookies and similar technologies

The contact page sets one session cookie named NORDFI_INQUIRY. It is limited to the contact form, expires when the browser session ends, and is used to reject forged submissions. It is not used for advertising or analytics.

The NordFi marketing pages do not load an analytics or advertising service. This notice does not describe other applications that may be hosted on the same domain. A cookie banner is not shown, because the marketing site uses this cookie only to provide the form you choose to submit.
