NordFi was built around the belief that there is a gap in the market between large consulting firms — which are expensive and slow — and small freelance teams — which lack the capacity for complex, multi-faceted projects.
We sit between those two ends: a focused team with senior-level expertise across AI, software architecture, and domain-specific business knowledge, capable of delivering production systems without the overhead of a large agency.
We are not a body shop. We do not staff projects with junior developers managed by a single senior. We work on a limited number of projects at a time and give each one proper attention.
Our work is concentrated in fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and marketing — sectors where getting the software right matters beyond the release date.

Founded in Finland
NordFi was established in Helsinki with a focus on production-grade AI systems for regulated industries.
First fintech platform
Delivered our first credit scoring engine to a Nordic financial institution. The system still processes thousands of applications daily.
Expanded to 4 verticals
Added healthcare, cybersecurity, and marketing to our core fintech practice. Each vertical led by domain specialists.
